服務好，能解決的事情前台基本都配合一起解決位置一般，在步行街這邊樓下小吃攤很多，方便遊玩。但臨街，很吵，早上六七點開始就莫名很吵，也不隔音設備老舊，破舊衞生不好，房間有小強和隱翅蟲，馬桶上甚至有黃色尿漬衞生紙不是一客一換，入住發現廁所捲紙就剩一丟丟，找前台詢問，前台説她們都是用完才換窗户不結實，第一天晚上住下雨了，吹的窗户一直在框框的響門把手老舊，掉漆窗簾不遮光，透光很亮

真的是住過大英最垃圾的酒店了，酒店一點都不隔音，房間還有那種異味，5.1假期早上7.30就被樓上裝修的電鑽聲音嘈醒，給酒店打電話，結果酒店一點也不處理，也不反饋結果，就根本睡不了一點瞌睡，服務也是很垃圾
