我是這家酒店的老住客，每次出差都會選擇這裏。一、酒店位置:酒店位於大祺大道國道的邊上四棵還建樓，這是距離欣益興電子科技有限公司最近的一家酒店，步行都可以直接到欣益興公司，出差特別方便，其次距離定穎電子也很近，方便出行。購物吃飯也很方便，從酒店的後門通過小區後會發現一條商業街，購物和吃飯都很方便。二、酒店服務:老闆娘很漂亮，很善良，對待老顧客都會給一點優惠住宿的政策，其次酒店的工作人員都特別好，很熱情。三、酒店衞生:每天都有專業打掃衞生的小姐姐打掃衞生，床單和客房內以及走廊過道都非常乾淨，住的很舒心。四、酒店設施:客房內配備的有常規的一次性牙刷牙膏，洗髮水，沐浴露等一次性用品，配有毛巾，浴巾，開水壺，水杯，液晶網絡電視機，舒適大床，空調，24小時熱水。五、酒店性價比:價格適中，相對比較便宜，住宿環境綜合體驗很好。

酒店為回遷房改造，緊鄰馬路邊，夜晚大車多，白天后院是小廣場，聊天人多，該酒店為家庭經營，前台不回網上操作，但是讓你到店後，隨意取消網上便宜訂單，現金或加價入住，客户如要申訴就跟客户説，我們也不回操作，都是網上確定的，大家謹慎在此家下單，去哪兒就不該讓該酒店列入內。

房間很乾凈，採光也很好，這邊吃飯很方便，門口就是大停車場，前台服務也很好，每天有阿姨來打掃衞生，無線網很快速值得點贊，在這邊能住上這個價格高質量的房間很難得，下次還要推薦同事過來入住。
