衞生太差了。打電話給前台，前台説房間400元，攜程正好剩一個，標價350，就直接定了。到酒店入住了，前台説她忘了從平台下架了，問我多錢定的，我説350，她説讓我退了，直接給她350元，我説不行，我用了積分，花了334，按這個價格給我，我就同意。前台就不幹了。自己想多掙點，又不想便宜客户。屋裡的枱麪都是黑灰，也不給瓶裝水。一次性備品是論斤買的。真心不推薦，之所以入住是因為定房訂晚了，找不到酒店了。

老闆很愛生活種的花都相當漂亮，房間很大也有空調！就是半夜有火車🚞要過幾趟，然後我們是半夜十二點多才到，早上4:56賓館裏就有類似砸東西的聲音持續十分鐘左右，好不容易沒了5分鐘又會響起來，休息五分鐘左右有第三次響起來，沒辦法起床吧，三次免費叫起服務，牛！還有就是隔壁説話聽的特別清楚，相當清楚！

我們預訂的是兩張單人床一張大床的可帶小孩的三人間（三大人一小孩），等到午夜入住時酒店給我們的房型卻是三個單人床的房型，而且衹有三個枕頭。酒店前台接待是個堆滿雜物的小賣部，值夜的工作人員説沒有額外的枕頭讓我們自己找浴巾當枕頭，還強調三個床就是一個略大一點的（其實是完全一樣的三個單人床）。這一夜睡得很不舒服，第二天又找前台，説是昨晚打更老頭解決不了問題，等老闆娘來了給我們換房再加一個枕頭。下午老闆娘來電説給我們換房，一大床兩小床房型但是是陰面。換了房之後就出去旅遊了，傍晚回來經過前台，老闆娘説在我們房間拿了個麻將桌，別的客房客人要求。等回到我們的房間見到大門敞開，工作人員門也不關就走了很長時間，心情立即到了冰點。酒店經營者缺少對客人私隱和安全的基本尊重，服務滯後不到位。整個酒店設施老舊簡陋，樓上衞生間沖水後管道那震耳欲聾的聲音感覺馬上要噴射出來，讓你如廁心驚肉跳。衞生也較差，上個住客的煙灰也沒清理。雖説這個酒店冠名商務酒店，但缺少很多商務酒店該有的元素，是非常糟糕的一次入住體驗。

住宿價格實在，酒店新裝修的，環境的確不錯，交通也方便，門口公交車去火車站不遠。如果老闆的服務和態度再好一些，就完美了！
