We have begun to replan, introduce more local characteristic plants, create theme landscape areas, and enrich the park's daytime viewing; at the same time, optimize the night lighting design to make it more integrated with the natural environment and create a more charming night atmosphere. Regarding the condition of the hotel's exterior walls and room facilities being outdated and the rooms being small, we have started a renovation project. The exterior wall renovation work will start at [specific time], and the guest room facilities will be gradually updated in batches, using more fashionable, comfortable and high-quality furniture and equipment; in terms of space utilization, we will learn from advanced design concepts and expand the sense of space as much as possible through reasonable layout. In terms of price, we will conduct in-depth research on the local homestay market, comprehensively consider the cost of quality improvement, and adjust the price strategy on the premise of ensuring service and facility upgrades to ensure a more reasonable price-performance ratio.
