To put things in perspective, accomodation in the area is quite expensive, so this accomodation is rather value for money. The 鱼鳞坝, one of the sights is just a stone's throw away which make it very convenient. Breakfast is super simple. Room is clean and AI enabled. Oh, be prepared to wake early by roosters if u are a light sleeper and maybe some mozzies in the room. It is the countryside no matter what.

I was originally worried that no one would take pictures for me with the elderly and children. Xiao Yu took the trouble to take pictures for me, leaving many beautiful memories. This trip was because of my mother's birthday, but we stayed in another hotel on her birthday. Unexpectedly, the hotel also carefully prepared a birthday cake for my mother on the day we checked in. The room was decorated. My mother was very happy, which made us feel a little happier on this trip. As a guest, I can deeply feel that Yaju is a hotel that pays great attention to the feelings of guests. They are not afraid of guests' suggestions, but just want to do better. Because the trip was booked in a hurry, several online celebrity stores were fully booked. Only this new store still had rooms. It seemed that it was a new store and there was no problem with hygiene, so I booked a room for three days. When we got far away, we saw the picturesque courtyard with white walls and gray tiles. When we opened the door, we could smell the original scent of wood. The room was very large, with floor-to-ceiling windows and electric curtains. Outside the window, we could see mountains and fields that looked like ink paintings. The room was soundproofed. Very good, the room layout is Zen-like, clean and hygienic. Needless to say, I like the style very much. Since there were not many places to choose from to eat in the town, we chose to eat in the store. Unexpectedly, it really suited our appetite. The tableware was also exquisite and hygienic, and the rice noodles and siu mai for breakfast were so filling. The young couple in the store are very enthusiastic, and the waiters and cleaners are also very polite and responsive to all requests. In short, this is a highly recommended store. The hotel was clean and modern, and every single room has a view of the surrounding karst mountains. The view from the pool is to die for. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, if a bit overpriced. It would be lovely if they also had an English menu, but that's rare in this corner of China, and we managed with rudimentary Chinese and pointing. Be aware that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Other than a small convenience store, there's nothing around. You need a car, scooter or bike to get around. If I had any complaints, it would be that the rooms aren't very well insulated for sound. We could hear everyone who walked up or down the staircase.

The hotel is a little far from Chongzuo but you can hire a Didi for about 380RMB from the chongzuo train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there. The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady. Would I stay again? NO

The hotel is in an unbeatable location. It is an ideal choice for transiting to Detian Waterfall. The room is clean and sanitary in the tourist area. Across the road is the parking lot and the visitor center. From there, you can take a shuttle bus directly to the waterfall. During the Spring Festival, the traffic jam was very serious. I stayed here a day in advance and left after breakfast at 8 o'clock the next day. I came out after the water was released at 12 noon. There was not much queuing throughout the whole process. The guy at the front desk was very nice and even set off fireworks for the children to watch. Thumbs up 👍
