"When booking, many other guesthouses in core areas were fully booked. I was drawn to this one's triple room and 180-degree view room, and my stay was a pleasant surprise. The guesthouse has an elevator and convenient parking. The rooms are very clean with smart voice control. The triple room has one double bed and two single beds, which is perfect for families with two children. The 180-degree view room is very spacious, with mountains and rural scenery outside the window. You can even light a stove in the room, which was a fun experience. Breakfast is served individually, with coarse grain rice noodles, eggs, fried dough sticks, congee, and fruit – much more substantial than I expected. There are many restaurants and rental shops for electric bikes near the guesthouse. It's also very convenient to cycle to various scenic spots in Mingshi Countryside. I've already recommended it to friends who plan to visit."

"First off, the hotel's location is great. It's really close to Yulinba (Fish Scale Dam) and located within a resort area that has more than just this hotel, including pricier options like Mingshi Yayuan. The only difference is that those hotels have river-facing rooms, while this one is set back a bit. However, the restaurant part *is* right by the river, so in terms of location, it's pretty much on par with the more expensive places. As a guest, you also get free bike rentals and access to the museum, which has a few popular photo spots. The downsides are that the room facilities are a bit old. As soon as you walk in, there's a damp, woody smell from the furniture, and there are no charging outlets by the bed. Also, the bicycles are quite old."

"This is a very unique guesthouse with a great location, close to the scenic area and convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Each room also has a large terrace, perfect for enjoying tea with family and friends in the evening. The owner is very attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even gave us a complimentary Americano and handmade ginger brown sugar. Thumbs up! I'll definitely come back next time."

The service at this hotel is simply outstanding. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. They immediately offered to help with my luggage upon arrival and patiently provided recommendations for nearby attractions and local dining options. Check-in was handled swiftly, with absolutely no waiting time. Moreover, the staff proactively assisted me in booking tickets for the Detian Waterfall for the following day, which saved me a lot of hassle. Throughout my stay, any request I had was met with an immediate response. Their service attitude truly couldn't be faulted. As for the room, I stayed in one with a balcony. It was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities: 24-hour hot water, air conditioning, TV, telephone, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. The Wi-Fi, in particular, was remarkably fast – perfect for streaming videos or gaming without any lag, which was a huge plus for someone like me who relies on constant internet access. The hotel also features a restaurant offering both Chinese cuisine and breakfast. The breakfast selection was extensive, including various porridges, breads, eggs, and more, all tasting quite good. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant serves specialty Vietnamese dishes that are both affordable and delicious, giving me a chance to savor authentic foreign flavors. Furthermore, the hotel provides complimentary parking, which is extremely convenient for guests traveling by car. The parking area is well-managed and secure, so there's no need to worry about vehicle safety.
