We stayed in cabin # 10. Beautiful historical Cain. We loved it charm. Not so charming was trying to figure out TV and the coffee maker the first morning. This place is a cozy spot in the woods. It was close to Arbuckles Wildlife Park and Turner Falls park. There was so much to do in our two night stay. I am looking forward to this trip again just a couple of hours drive from Dallas.

It had sufficient (old) amenities although the beds were hard and a little uncomfortable. Cabin 7 had no parking space but the biggest issue was that there were rats.

Booker because of the ratings. Ad says secluded and quiet. First cabin had not been cleaned, but was up and away from main road. Second cabin we were moved to had air freshener sprayed and the bed was made but it wasn’t clean. It had been destroyed from a party and you could see where pictures were ripped off the walls, splashes of food and drinks were on the walls, all of the cookware was filthy. I spent the entire night of our first night cleaning. Called and spoke with property manager. She was nice and advised we would be getting a refund, but have not heard from her since. Will update when I hear back.

First place had a sewer issue but was clean and TV did not work Lindsey was very professional and moved us to another cabin which also had T V broken and unable to to use but was clean and plumbing was way better the place was in need of some TLC on the lawns and limbs were down, guaranteed a place to ruff it .Manager was really working at our comfort.

Hubby and I went for a weekend getaway. They have really cute cabins, definitely rustic with some amazing views! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle this place you don't want to miss, super quiet and you can see some really cool animals. We saw a ton of deer, a road runner, and all kinds of other birds, if you want the Ritz go somewhere else. Staff was super helpful also, it can get confusing on the cabin numbers, the map they sent was really helpful. I would highly recommend.
