The resort offers amenities such as heated swimming pools, jacuzzi, kids splash pad, picnic areas, fishing dock, nature trails,restaurant, and a white sand beach overlooking Lake Davenport. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom consists of a king size bed, dresser, night stand, TV, master bathroom, and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom consists of a queen bed, dresser, night stand, and TV. The 3rd bedroom consists of a kids themed room with 2 twin beds, dresser, night stand, and TV. The spacious living room consists of a sofa, loveseat, and 55" TV. The kitchen has all major appliances and utensils needed to cook a meal. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, and can opener are also available. This condo also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. 2 pack and play, high chair, and stroller are also available for your use during your stay.
