The hotel is already a bit outdated & old. But rooms are ok, big enough for groups. Have pool & very nice breakfast.

The staffs were nice and accommodating. The hotel itself is really good. And the location is also an advantage, there are many establishment nearby.

Very nice old hotel located in downtown near people's park and the nightlife markett . Big rooms and comfortable beds, only complaint is the low quality pillows. Very hard to sleeping. Other than that, definitely worth the price

Had to book this hotel as most hotels in davao were fully booked at the time.
The hotel looks far better in pictures than in reality. Lobby is decent but rooms are very tired. I was still fine and had no issues till I spotted a cockroach in my room. That just shows me they don't clean the rooms properly and is just gross
They also refused to provide an iron when I needed to iron my clothes. Location isn't very central too. Wouldn't stay here again unless I didn't have any other choice
