The room was good, the bed was comfortable, the refurbishment of the bathroom looked like it had been completed by a 5 year old with learning difficulties..but the food was very good .

They didn't carry my luggage and the room service was too slow. There was no treatment and when I asked, they said they didn't have it in the first place. I won't be staying here again.

It's a sick joke and I'm honestly fuming as I write this.
- Our first room =＞ directly leads on a concert outside. Can't sleep from 10pm to midnight because the soundproofing is... ah, there is no soundproofing.
- I contact the reception to tell them. They blatantly lie to me: "oh hum I'll send an assistant and the problem will be solved". Girl? You'll send an assistant to a concert?
- Of course nothing changes so I go, fuming, to the reception and ask for a change of room. To their credit, they agree.
- They give us an EVEN WORSE room. This time, we don't have a concert but we have a constant LOUD buzzing (even with the AC off) and a wind noise as if there was a compressor in the room.
- We couldn't sleep at all so we checked out at 4am.
Side note: the carpet was dirty as f***. When I walked on it, I thought it felt sticky and a bit weird - after a call of 10 mins walking round there, my feet were BLACK. Disgusting.
Give me my money back honestly, you should be ashamed.

Perfect spot for spending a quiet morning in the people’s park. Rooms a little dated but comfortable. Only major moan wifi in room shocking.
