"We booked a night as we went to a concert at Hershey. It was clean and when checking I , staff was friendly. However, We were a bit appalled during our breakfast . We got down to breakfast area and there was hardly any food. They had no juice in the machines and a woman kept saying to all of the customers that breakfast was over, which it was at the time we were sitting. As we sat there eating the little that was out, a group came in and sat down. The woman in charge got all this breakfast food out and put it on their table to eat. Food that looked like it was what could’ve been served to customers that were turned down. We kept staring in aw and the woman came over and told us that employees were being fed and if we wanted any of that food we could go get some. She said it was Indian food that she wasn’t allowed to serve to customers. Our opinion was is that it was her family being served food that customers were turned away from. Not a good look or feel of this situation. Other than that, stay was pleasant"

"We stayed here for a weekend tournament. This was very conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and gas. The room and lobby were very clean and the staff was pleasant. The rooms have a small fridge and large desk space. The lobby has two microwaves available as well as a cute dining space. Breakfast was basic, but enough. There was no indoor pool and that's the only thing this place was missing for travel with kids."

"I had a very positive experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were professional during check-in. The rooms were clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with more variety than expected, and all items were served hot. The location is convenient for Hershey Park, and the rates are great for the value provided. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Staff was great.L. Only issue they were flushing the water around the town and we didn’t have water for a day. It was brown and we couldn’t shower or brush our teeth. They offered bottled water but I mean with 4 of us that would’ve been like 20 bottles. If we knew about the water issue, we would’ve booked else where. We weren’t even told at check in had to read a sign that was posted. By then, cancelation was too late. Other than that. Hotel was fine. Food was fine. We went to Hershey park was a 20 mins drive."

"Ok. Convenient location, very friendly driving, the room is a little smaller, everything is there, the room is not cleaned and sent to me, the front desk brother immediately changed one. Breakfast is basically satisfied. The manager came over to ask in the morning, okay, acceptable."
