The room size is good, the bedding and bathroom are neat and clean, and fruit was delivered the next day. The hotel also has services such as night beds. Breakfast can be paid by credit card. There are local specialty noodles and mutton offal. The coffee is freshly ground coffee, and the beans are of good quality. There are many types of Western pastries. I tried a matcha cup, which feels like it is made by the store's own chef, which is very good. It feels like a store that can meet both business and tourism needs.

Yunzhong Inn is the hotel that impressed me the most and left the best impression on me during this trip to Shanxi... The hotel is located in the center of Datong Ancient City. The staff waited for us in the parking lot at the scheduled time. When we arrived at the hotel, we were busy checking in. When we got to the room, they introduced various facilities... It was so warm and homely. The hotel's atrium design is unique, and the well-preserved and very old door makes us feel the collision of history and modernity. It seems like we have traveled through time here! The layout of the room is also unique, with gorgeous patterns on the roof, red sandalwood Ruyi placed in the room, and trash cans that look like stools, etc., all of which give people a different visual experience. It's a pity that due to the schedule, we checked in and left less than 24 hours this time!! There are still many places that we haven't been to deeply experience - for example, it has a sun room like a botanical garden, a cigar bar and a tea room, etc.... In addition, there are some small details, such as it would be better to put a mat at the door of the room on rainy days to prevent rain from outside from being brought into the room. Then there are some traffic line designs, such as shampoo and shower gel are placed on the sink instead of the shower room, which causes you to get your hair wet while taking a shower and then go out to get shampoo. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. B&Bs are not as standardized as hotels, and the certainty is not as high as that of hotels. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The service at the buffet breakfast was impeccable while the breakfast varieties were acceptable. The service provided by the staff with the employees' tag below was superb during my breakfast. The room is huge, a truly international 5 star quality. Daily cleaning service was great while I didn't manage to get their name, but kudos to their services. All in all, my experience here was great, and I would recommend anyone who stay at this hotel.

When we arrived we were given the wrong room in B tower with single beds, we had to go back downstairs and show the booking again to request the correct double room in A tower. The rooms and amenities are old, and the fridge is broken. I called reception who told me to bring any items I want to cool down to the reception and use their fridge, when I asked if we can swap the broken fridge for a working fridge, they said all of the fridges are like this. They won't admit the fridges are all broken, but all of the fridges in the hotel are warm and won't make your food / beverages cold. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade, and they need to replace the fridges.

I have always recognized the service of Wyndham Grand Hotel, and this time it did not disappoint me. We stayed in two rooms on the 25th floor. The room service aunt was very considerate. Not only did she clean up neatly, but she also reminded us not to forget to bring items when traveling. Zhang Zhifang and Lei Fulong, two staff members of the restaurant, took the initiative to help bring lunch boxes and yogurt after learning that the child was not feeling well and did not come for breakfast.
