Location: It's located across the Yu River from the old city, so it's not too far. A taxi ride to the vicinity of the East Gate of the old city costs less than 10 RMB (but be aware that getting a taxi within the old city during peak hours can be difficult, so plan accordingly). There's a bus stop directly opposite the hotel with several bus routes that can quickly take you to the core area of the old city. Room: The size is decent, and the decor is bright and simple. The only minor drawback is the limited number of power outlets in the room (for example, there are none on the minibar counter, which is inconvenient for boiling water). Breakfast: During peak tourist season, the restaurant was packed, but luckily it's large enough with plenty of seating, so we quickly found a spot. The variety of breakfast items isn't extensive, but the quality of the noodle station, fruit, and other dishes was quite good, and we were able to eat our fill. Service: They proactively added us on WeChat during check-in, and after check-out, they followed up to ask for feedback and suggestions, showing that they value guest opinions.
