This is our second stay here, and both have been pleasant, with absolutely no complaints. This stay we had just arrived from a long flight and were looking for a good night’s sleep - which my husband and I both got. We arrived later in the evening and headed down to their lounge, the Pitch and Pivot, for a drink and dinner. I would certainly recommend it for good, quick service, good food and reasonable prices.

My stay at Delta Dartmouth was unexpectedly extended due to the Air Canada strike, and while the situation was frustrating, the staff made the experience much more manageable. I want to specifically highlight the outstanding service I received from Souvik at the hotel restaurant. From the moment I sat down for a meal, Souvik went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, always with a smile, and made sure I had everything I needed. What really stood out was his genuine care—he checked in to see how everything was, offered to adjust orders when necessary. It was a much-needed break from the stress of travel disruption, and Souvik’s professionalism and positive attitude really helped turn an unfortunate situation into a much more pleasant experience. The rest of the hotel staff was also great, but Souvik truly made my stay memorable. If you ever find yourself stuck here due to travel delays, rest assured you're in good hands at the restaurant!
