This was one of the rare occasions that I was very disappointed with the service and room provided by Premier Inn. I arrived very hungry and was looking forward to a meal and breakfast after I booked the meal deal. I found that the kitchen was closed at 9pm instead of 10pm, the WiFi not working. Ended up cancelling the food deal and left very hungry the next day. I will not return.

tHere are some Internal Communication issue between their reciption and domestic staff, we requested to tidy up our room when we left in morning but when we cam back it was same as we left. no cleaning at all. I was there with my family specially 3 kids.

The location and prices are great while saying that I have used this hotel for many years now and I have started to notice it is starting to get a little tired in places with a lack of attention in the following areas. The entrance area has a lot of rubbish/ detritus in flowerbeds near the door. A lot of pigeon droppings have accumulated over a long period of time just as you walk to the entrance door. Rooms: My first room which I hope had obviously not been inspected recently as it had a lot of mould on the ceiling above the bed which appeared to be from a previous water leak from the roof or pipe work in the attic area above. We were moved to another room which we found to be fine but did not have enough towels and had to again go to reception and ask. Beds, the mattresses on the beds do not appear to be as good a quality as previously, they seem to have changed. This is the first time my wife has not had a good nights sleep at a premier inn, the mattress felt it was sloping into the middle of the bed. When sitting on the end of the bed, I could feel the metal frame below which is something I have not experienced previously as I have always mattresses felt were very good quality but no longer unfortunately. Facilities in the room, they no longer have glasses in the rooms and have changed the ceramic mugs to glass ones which although slightly larger look cheaper. Staffing, they are always available and friendly when booking into the hotel and are happy to assist with any questions.

Reception staff always friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you. It’s always a pleasure to stay at Premier Inn in Dartford. The mattress is very comfortable so we had to buy one. We forgot our laptop in the room when we checked out and the receptionist called us to let us know. Cannot thank you enough

Great room. Great service at reception and restaurant. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant great service. Everywhere was very clean. Excellent parking. Great comfortable room Definitely stay there again. Well done all

It’s was very clean the staff were lovely and helpful. Other guest were quite noisy at night they were walking around a lot but it did not impact our stay and the food was freshly cooked I have to say the croissants were amazing thank you for the hospitality. My mum had an allergy and the staff were exceptionally helpful to accommodate for her. Overrule it’s been a very pleasant stay. X

We had a nice and pleasant stay. Warm and clean room and bathroom. Helpful, patient and always bright receptionists. The hotel feels safe and secure for families, and that’s a very big advantage. Would recommend 100%…. We are looking forward to staying here again in February. Thank you

On arrival, we were told the lifts were out of order - this was not communicated beforehand. One guest had to cancel their booking while in the foyer and go elsewhere as they were told the disabled room also had no heating. The toilets on the ground floor were also closed. The receptionist’s attitude was grating and she wouldn’t even help someone with their checking out room key card. The rooms were clean and to the standard expected. Breakfast was also fine. If we had known about the communal facilities earlier, we would have chosen different accommodation.
