"Nice hotel just next to the train station. Super convenient for morning train or jump on a bus or tram to see places in town. Hotel is clean and air-conditioned, the latter is freaky important for travelers to Germany in summer hot months as not all hotels offer AC in Germany or the hotel has it but a weak one. This hotel gives you the cool air much needed for summer traveler. The rest is standard and front desk people are nice, too. Would return/recommend."

"We visited friends in Darmstadt. These were just around the corner of the hotel, so as was closer to book the hotel. We arrived at 15:00 and checked in. Beautiful simple double room (23) with good bed. All you need for a short stay. Very good and rich breakfast as you need to book extra. Parking outside the door. We paid for 3 nights with breakfast 487.60 euros. When you visit the next visit to Darmstadt, we will be happy to come back."

After expecting my money automatically to be returned and it not being transferred, I requested it formally and they denied that I was ever there. Pure nightmare. As they told me, I would advise you to request a formal letter of overbooking when they turn you to the street and keep your money."

Service by Maltilde and Tim with a smile and helpful/friendly manner. The hotel is close proximity to the University and conference centre and also only 5 mins away by Tran to the main squares.
