很不錯的酒店，房間寬敞，設施齊全，獨立的浴室和衞生間。早餐品種豐富、齊全。餐廳環境好，中餐菜系豐富。服務也很好，工作人員很認真，態度很好，開票很迅速。不足的是辦理入住有點慢，停車場有點窄。

酒店在市中心地帶，交通便利，停車方便，緊鄰萬達廣場，逛超市買東西吃美食也方便。房間有點舊，色調偏暗。服務很好，前台的小夥熱情周到，按客人要求細緻、認真、規範服務，微笑服務。客房服務也是微笑、熱情、周莊，使人暖心。早餐豐富，服務人員撲實，話不多，但使人感覺不錯。總之，入住體驗可以。

大慶唯一一家五星級酒店，門口停車位較緊張，酒店設施老舊一些，洗浴用品配備簡單，就是交通便利，早餐種類豐富，適合東北人口味，前台服務熱情，辦理入住和退房快捷！
