服務：前台服務很差勁，建議直接換領班，換房要客户退掉要重新下單，一直強調要退掉重下，詢問不可以補差價嗎？當場要換房型又要退掉再下，才説也可以，多要一張房卡需要多付按金，還在入住期間，借一把雨傘也要30按金，雨傘都是爛的，會掛頭髮。
設施：拖鞋很薄穿起來會粘絲起毛球
同等價位的酒店選擇很多，住好幾次了，每次都是服務太差，下次是絕對不會再選擇白玉蘭。
