I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. While it may not be the newest property, everything was in good condition and the overall experience was very pleasant. I was satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return.

lily and her team were excellent. I was visiting to run the marathon and could not have asked for more. Special packs for us when we arrived. Early breakfast as we needed to get to the race. Special tea and a hot flannel for runners after the race Very impressive to all the staff. Thank you. Francis. Rm 359

We received a nice gift to prepare for Marathon. The hotel was very close to the start line which was excellent to return back to the hotel quickly after the run. The manager could speak English which was very helpful.

The room was good. Spacious and clean. The staffs such as receptionist, bellboy, cleaner are all helpful and friendly. The hotel manager even gave us a few complimentary cookies by the time of check out.
The breakfast is good, though kind of limited options.
Good location, not at busy and noisy area, but convenient as there are a few eateries and convenient store in walking distance.

完全不推薦入住！大年三十晚上入住，房間水管壞了，半夜前台給我們換房，我特意叮囑換個好點房間。換的房間一進去特別冷，而且酒店沒有暖空調，早上起來看到，居然是個完全陰面的房間，你自己會願意住嗎？海南之行在儋州凍感冒了！總之酒店設施老舊、服務意識很差，唯有前台拿行李的小哥有些服務意識，主動幫忙拿行李，整體很差！！！
