It was a hot day, and after we finished the water provided in the room, we asked for two more bottles. The front desk said that was all they could provide, and any more would incur a charge. Even a budget hotel shouldn't refuse to provide guests with water. Although they called back later and said that after communication, they could provide more water for free, I still felt quite uncomfortable. The service was far below the standards expected of a star-rated hotel."

The sound of their shower was as if it was right next to me. In the morning, the hallway cleaning was also very noisy… The tea eggs at breakfast were spoiled, and the fruit was unripe and super sour. Maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to taste, but I wouldn't dare say."

Her service was impeccable! They even prepared a check-in card and a small gift for me."
