我15號定的18號的房，16號車子壞在洋湖，沒有辦法按原計劃到達，當時就打了電話給酒店協調，2次，酒店接電話的，男的，告訴我：你不要來跟我講，你自己跟客服講，讓客服來跟我講，你不要跟我講，我在接客，不要耽誤我做生意！這就是我第一次給差評的原因。

特不特價的也跟圖片不符，洗澡也洗不了，問前台前台説都洗不了，一會兒隔壁大哥出來找前台説洗澡沒熱水，地暖空調也沒有，房間挨着馬路，希望訂房的先看看實物再決定。
