I stayed one night. Tried to leave my room about 10pm and couldn’t get out. The door lock would not open. I called front desk for help but not a single person spoke any English and my Chinese is too limited to explain the complicated situation. I had to contact a friend in a nearby city to call and then WeChat with the hotel. It took over an hour to get me out of the room and when I was finally out they they removed the malfunctioning lock mechanism from the door because they had no other room they could put me in. It was a VERY scary and stressful experience. I talked to the manager the next day who promised me a 50% refund as an apology but I have received absolutely nothing. An international hotel like Ji should be better prepared to help foreign customers. More importantly, I shouldn’t have to be afraid to be trapped in my room. Won’t go there again ever

The hotel is very close to the train station and within walking distance. The room is very clean. It only costs 5 yuan to take a taxi to the Broken Bridge. It is really the worst all seasons hotel among all the all seasons hotels I have stayed in. Many of the floors in the room are not cleaned. There is always a feeling of stains.
