Wir sind sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel Dampfland. Eine der Hauptentscheidungen für unsere Buchung war die inkludierte Nutzung des Schwimmbads – doch dieses war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen, ohne jegliche Vorabinformation. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir niemals gebucht. Als Folge war der Indoor-Spielplatz ständig überfüllt, mit teils langen Wartezeiten für Kinder, was für Familien mit kleinen Kindern schlicht unzumutbar ist. Auch das Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig: Schon gegen 9:30 Uhr waren viele Speisen vergriffen, obwohl offiziell bis 11:00 Uhr geöffnet war. Unsere Reklamation über CHECK24 blieb bis heute unbeantwortet, was den Frust zusätzlich verstärkt. Sehr enttäuschend – so geht man nicht mit Gästen um. Das Hotel Dampfland ist für uns definitiv nicht empfehlenswert! Wir erwarten eine Stellungnahme.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt nur alle 3 Tage. Unsere Duschtür hatte einen Spalt zur Duschwand und wir Wasser das bis in den Wohnbereich floß. Jaum verstellbar, dass wir die ersten mit diesem Erlebnis waren.

Service ist leider unterirdisch. Zimmer werden nur alle drei Tage gereinigt. Reinigung dazwischen hat trotz mehrmaliger Anfrage nie geklappt. Hygenie generell war mangelhaft. Fahrstuhlkonzept passt nicht zum Aufkommen der Zimmer. Teils sehr lange Wartezeiten. Preis / Leistung ist sehr schlecht.

Leider enttäuschend – keine Empfehlung
Wir waren für ein paar Tage im Ostsee Resort Dampland – leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend und sein Geld nicht wert. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber und grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber in Relation zum hohen Preis deutlich überteuert.
Ein echtes Problem war der praktisch nicht vorhandene Service. Besonders im Restaurantbereich zeigte sich das Personal unfreundlich bis hin zu unverschämt – von echter Gastfreundschaft keine Spur. Das Essen bestand ausschließlich aus einem Buffet, das qualitativ sehr einfach gehalten war. Offenbar wurde hier auf günstigste Zutaten gesetzt, obwohl die Preise ein anderes Niveau suggerierten.
Zudem waren zentrale Einrichtungen wie das Schwimmbad nicht wie erwartet nutzbar – ohne vorherige Information oder Transparenz bei der Buchung. Auch hier entsteht der Eindruck, dass man möglichst viel abrechnen will, ohne entsprechende Leistung zu bieten.
Trotz der schönen Lage an der Ostsee überwiegt der negative Gesamteindruck. Das Resort wirkt insgesamt lieblos und wenig kundenorientiert. Wer für sein Geld Qualität, Erholung und guten Service erwartet, wird hier enttäuscht. Ich würde das Ostsee Resort Dampland definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen und kann es leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem und netten Service.Ich kann die schlechten Bewertung, vorallem bezüglich des Essens nicht nachvollziehen.Sehr grosse Auswahl, bei Frühsrück und Abendessen, und lecker. Alle sehr freundlich,Tische im Restaurant(Buffet) wurden sehr schnell abgeräumt und sauber gemacht. Rezeption superfreundlich(besonders Felix). Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist knapp 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Wellnessbereich Mare Mara ist absolut top. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Wenn es eine Bewertung unter null gäbe, hätte ich sie gegeben. Leider ein absolut enttäuschender Aufenthalt für den Preis. Wir haben über 1250€ für 4 Nächte bezahlt – und trotzdem mussten wir zusätzlich 10€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz zahlen. Uns wurde gesagt, wir könnten kostenlos parken – aber nur weit entfernt vom Hotel. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern ist das absolut unzumutbar. Das Resort wirkt altbacken und langweilig, eher für Senioren geeignet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eine Katastrophe. Für diese Summe erwartet man deutlich besseren Service und mehr Transparenz. Ein weiteres Ärgernis: Der Zugang zum Schwimmbad ist nur für 3 Stunden kostenlos – danach muss man extra bezahlen. Ein weiterer Witz: Selbst die Handtücher für das Schwimmbad kosten extra. Bei einem Resort, das sich angeblich "Premium" nennt, ist das einfach nur peinlich. Als ob das alles nicht genug wäre, wird das Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt – angeblich aus Umweltgründen. Ich bin mit zwei kleinen Kindern hier, es ist völlig normal, dass die Zimmer schnell schmutzig werden, mit Windeln (Urin & Stuhl) und Sand vom Strand überall auf dem Boden. Das hat nichts mit Umweltschutz zu tun – das ist einfach nur mangelnder Service. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen – weder Familien noch Paaren. Einmal und nie wieder.

The hotel is obviously something thought up by the architect anti-christ in the early '70 but the room had been very resently renovated and was very nice. Very nice bathrooms and a nice balcony. We were luvky with the weather and had it been raining we might have had a different oppnion. Nice marina and nice area for walks. We didnt use any of the (pay for) facilities such as the "water park" but it look nice. We had the half board plan. They assing you an early or late "time slot" based on what criteria i dont know - but you can change that. The breakfast was OK the dinner was "la-di-dah" - and the forst evening quite bad. But your options are limited since this is quite out of the beaten path. Very good beds!
