New house (construction 2017) of approximately 145 m2 on 350 m2 of enclosed land.
Capacity of 12 beds including:

Large entrance hall, master bedroom with 180 cm wide bed, fitted wardrobes and walk-in shower with stainless steel jet column.
Large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, 5-burner hob, fridge dishwasher, senseo and 140 cm lcd TV, stereo and home cinema amplifier, chromecast, the chromecast allows you to connect your laptop directly to the TV without cables, so you can watch movies with others with youtube google netflix ...) There are also 2 very comfortable 3 seater sofas !!
WC suspended.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and cupboards.
An independent part of 20 m2 with office space + TV corner with sofa bed (2 people) and a mezzanine (double bed).
1st floor:
2 bedrooms with a 140 cm wide bed + cupboards respectively
A third bedroom with a cot plus a single bed
A very pretty bathroom with bathtub and suspended WC.
A wooden terrace of 50 m2 with garden furniture (new), deckchairs, table + 6 chairs, barbecue and a garden (lawn) complete the package.
All the furniture (sofa, bed, mattress, furniture ...) is new (1 year).
The house is fully equipped for a good holiday (dishes, pots, cutlery ...)!
We provide sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases on request, with a supplement of € 10 per tenant. For bath towels an additional € 5 will be requested per tenant.
Parties are possible.
Small animals accepted.

Noys avons passé un excellent sejour en famille a 10. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de vie est assez grande. ideal lors des grandes marées pour la peche a pied ou faire des randonnées le long du littoral.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La propriétaire est adorable et reste très disponible. Maison très bien située à quelques minutes de la plage à pieds. Maison très agréable, bien agencée et confortable. Idéal pour un séjour ou un weekend à plusieurs. Je recommande et y retournerai volontier !

Nous étions 8 adultes et les équipements étaient insuffisants ( pas de table de chevet ni de lampe dans plusieurs chambres , trop peu de sanitaires, trop peu de vaisselle ) .Heureusement les propriétaires ont réagi assez vite , cependant la villa ne nous parait pas adaptée pour autant d'occupants .

Super WE de 3 jours entre amis
Contact téléphonique la veille par les propriétaires pour la procédure d’arrivée et explications éventuelles. Maison propre et conforme à la description. Tout l’indispensable y est (y compris netflix et wii pour les ados !). Il serait bien d’indiquer l’accès au code de la wifi ainsi qu’une notice d’utilisation de la douche pour plus de facilité pour les prochains vacanciers. Maison très bien équipée et parfaitement adaptée pour 7 personnes (autres couchages possibles mais attention, il n’y a que 2 salles d’eau…). Nombreuses balades possibles et accès rapide à la mer.

Vacances en famille réussies
Malgré une météo pas très favorable, nous avons tous passé une excellente semaine dans cette jolie maison bien agencée. La decoration et les matériels utilisés sont très sympas. Dommage toutefois que certains volets roulants ne soient pas fonctionnels.
Belles balades à faire en partant à pieds de la maison, je recommande
