"The young lady at the front desk was a delight. She gave me all the information I needed about the area (and specially places where I could have dinner - there was only one open at this time of the year). Room was decent size, WiFi was good, bathrooms were clean. My stay was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the sitting area around the front desk - there was wine nice literature that I glanced through. I was here at the hotel just for one night (came in to take the ferry to Grimsey Island next morning and left Dalvík straight from the ferry stop after coming back)."

"It is a whole unit which faces a beautiful mountain. Compact and it has what we need. It's a pity we didn't have the time to enjoy the jacuzzi. It will be great if the pillows can be more firmer."

"Centrally located with parking next door on a vacant lot. Our room overlooked the street but was not a problem . the main entry area we felt was dark and gloomy. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only downside was that we booked this hotel pre covid for travel in 2020 and for this 2023 travel the price had gone up more than 40% which we were advised was due to inflation!!!!!!!"
