Comfortable pillows. White bedspreads. Filthy floors and surfaces that had to be cleaned by me with a whole container of lysol wipes. A room change was no better. The air conditioner blew out an extremely foul odor and I have had a respiratory problem ever since I stayed there,

The only clean and affordable hotel with availability during trip! We were driving to Florida from KY and needed to rest for the night and this was the only clean looking and affordable hotel with availability we could find. We took the only room left- a king suite with 1 bed. Everything was clean and the desk clerk was fast and friendly. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Someone above my room was moving furniture around midnight.

The room was dirty at check in. Had to wait for 30mins outside for them to clean after I already asked for a broom and swept so I could just lay down. The front desk clerk was a zombie. There was blood on the beds and sheets. The hair dryer was broken and scary to hold before I shut it off. The staff was in my room and someone else's stuff was in there upon returning from an errand with the door wide open an hour even before check out. Then a day after checkout my card was charged over and over again for $55 dollars and then it doubled several times before my bank flagged it as fraudulent and returned several hundred dollars amounting to over $1,000.

The first room we were given had a toilet with a diarrhea explosion in the toilet. The second room had a couple of long dark hairs imbedded in the fitted sheet on one of the beds. We always check for bedbugs also (and didn't find any), but in pulling the bed away from the wall found quite a bit of dust and debris, including a discarded cup. We brought all these to the attention of the staff.

We were originally put in a room on the first floor facing a busy street. It was loud with bright lights throughout the night. The next morning we requested a room change which we were given. We moved to a second floor room on the other side of the building. We appreciated that they were willing and able to accommodate our request. The room was not very clean and all amenities were old and outdated.
