Location with a lot of food around. Near train station. There is no air condition and open window room still not cool. I need to request for fan. After shower the floor will get very wet around the toilet bowl around. Need to improve. Counter service very friendly.

Hotel places in good area, the stuff is kind and courteous. there are some problems with smell on the ground floor and not enough tables in rush time during the breakfast.

Kind staffs and clean room condition was really satisfyed, but there was terrible smell of tobacco - eventhough we asked for non-smoking room in advance.

Location is not bad, walkable to Russian Folk Street, Zhongshan Square and Youhao Square. Reception desk is on the 16th floor. Rooms start from the 6th floor up. Good size room, cozy, comfortable. Rainshower is nice and strong, but regular shower has some issue. Breakfast has good varieties, but not too exciting. Taste is ok. Not enough attendants in the restaurant resulting in a bit slow service.

Hotel is located on Youhao Rd. It's along one of the roads away from the railway station. At night, it can be noisy but not too bad. Best feature of the room: automatic curtains. It gets bright early in Dalian. The free breakfast was very good. Wide spread from local foods to western cereals/yoghurt and breads and a buffet selection of cooked food. Lobby is on 16th floor so u have to take a lift up.

Really enjoyed our short two night stay at the Crystal Orange hotel. Location was great within walking distance of the station, Zhongshan Square and a few great night street food locations. Room was really good and breakfast was fine. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again if we ever visit Dalian.

The hotel was excellent. The location is very accessible and well placed, close to subway connections, and Zhongshan Square. The room we initially got had a faulty remote controlled blinds system that was moving by itself. Once we raised the issue, we got moved to a different room by the staff who was very courteous, and provided us with a bowl of fruit as well, and sent one of the hotel staff to help us move our luggage. The other room was excellent with no real downsides, comfortable bed, and nice and good room ambience. The breakfast was very thorough with both local and foreign options. I opted for mainly local options since I like to immerse myself in local cuisine when travelling. It was delicious. The staff were also able to hold our luggage until the evening after checkout until we came back to take it. A very good experience, highly recommended.

Breakfast need to improve, rice porridge ( no salted duck eggs, most of the time, hardly can find seat. No crowd control during high season.

I will use this hotel again if I visit Dalian again.
