The hotel is at a very good location, close to the beach and also close to the subway station! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and they were quick to help whenever I had questions! The room was very clean and all of the amenities were great!

A small but exquisite hotel. I have always liked the bedding of Atour. The front desk guy is also very gentle. He specially prepared slippers for the children. Although the children are too young to wear them, it makes people feel happy and valued. 😃😃😃

The transportation is very convenient. It takes 8 minutes to walk to Xinghai Park. You can feed seagulls in the park. There are few people and the water is clear. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus and tram station. You can take a double-decker bus. It takes about ten minutes to get to the Natural History Museum, which has the largest whale specimen. There is also a beach near the museum, and it is the starting point for buses. The starting price of a taxi is to Xinghai Square, and it takes 2 bus stops to Xinghai Square. There are rice village bibimbap, rice noodles, and dumplings downstairs. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a laundry room, gym, and service robots. Breakfast is served until 11 o'clock on weekends, and it is rich and delicious. In short, it is great! Especially suitable for traveling with children.

The service is simply amazing, from check-in, breakfast, to check-out, the service is very good; the only shortcoming is that the room hygiene is not meticulous enough, the outside of the toilet is not wiped clean, and there are stickers on the wall that have not been cleaned up. The manager of Dalian Atour Light Hotel, Yi Ze, is very nice. He was very enthusiastic and warmed our hearts as we just arrived in Dalian. The service is very good. I highly recommend this hotel. It is next to the Sun Asia Ocean World. Before leaving, they also prepared breakfast, which was very nice.

I don't usually comment, but I had to comment because of the bad experience! The door head when getting off the bus doesn't match the advertisement picture, the interior is generally clean, the shower drains slowly, and most importantly, after staying for 2 nights, the garbage bag was changed on the second day, and the quilt on the bed was not even pulled flat and tidied. The most critical thing is that the outdoor temperature in Dalian was 16 degrees at night when I checked in, and the room showed 26 degrees. The air conditioner did not heat or cool. The staff told me that it only had the air supply function. After many attempts, there was only a high-powered sound, and there was no wind at all. After many communications, they were told that they could not contact the engineering department, and asked customers to try to turn on the hot air conditioner to blow air. We also tried it according to the operation, but it didn't work at all. It's such a day and I actually paid to stay in a hotel and sweat. The whole room was stuffy and hot. I won't come again
