Grand Hyatt Hotels in Dalian

The hotel was excellent, with a superb location and exceptionally good service. The front desk staff spoke softly, were thoughtful and warm, and even upgraded me to a room in a central position. From there, I could see the ocean to the right, Xinghai Square to the left, and Xinghai Bay Bridge directly ahead – an unbeatable sea view unfolded before my eyes! Whether in the lobby, the breakfast restaurant, or the guest room corridors, every staff member I encountered was smiling, polite, and thoughtfully asked if I needed any assistance. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bedding, bathrobes, slippers, bathroom fixtures, and smart toilet were all very satisfactory. I even received a complimentary fruit platter on the day of check-in. When I requested a buckwheat pillow, it was delivered immediately. The bathroom was spacious, well-designed, and convenient to use. Downstairs is Xinghai Square, the world's largest public square – you’d probably need an exoskeleton robot to walk around it all! Directly opposite Xinghai Square is the famous Castle Hotel. A left turn downstairs leads to ”Xiding,” Dalian’s best sea urchin dumpling restaurant. The sea urchin and abalone dumplings are definitely worth trying. On weekends, you need to go early to get a table. The only downside was the Philips TV in the room, which had a somewhat unclear picture. I suggest upgrading to a domestic brand, especially with current national subsidies available!
