Pros: quiet enough location close to road for Didi pickup, few minutes walk into old town, spacious rooms, very friendly boss. Cons: initially booked loft room but found one of the beds is suspended from ceiling (not ideal if u have to share), bathrooms poorly lit and do not have doors (no privacy).
