Hello, all good. Please booking this hotel. The host very nice, she carry our luggages because thiss hotel dont have lift. She also recommended the nice spot to visit. Ancient town quite far but if you fit enough you can just walk. Around 20mins maybe. A lot of people said got halal food also nearby. Thank you for the hospitality.

Malaysian favourite place to stay ☺️ I arrived early morning and host allowed me to check in, my room aren’t yet available but they upgrade me with better room for free. The service and room are 5 star.

We had an amazing experience during our 4 night stay in the Xianlai inn (idle inn) in Dali. We were hosted by a wonderful couple that went above and beyond typical hotel hospitality. They met all our requests ( eg fixing our showering hose when the water output was too low, helping to extend our stay for 2 more night when our friend experienced health issues etc). We were a group of 5 travellers and they tried their best to provide the largest available rooms for us during our extension. They also gave very good food recommendations (these restaurants were clean and hygienic. The staff were nice and the food was delicious) A friend of ours injured (tipsy) himself from a fall in the hotel room late into the night. We informed them and they immediately helped us get taxi to the hospital and the husband even travelled to the hospital to help with us with communications with the local medical staff. When our friend came back to the hotel the wife even provided homemade food for him as he had no appetite. Would highly recommend this inn to all visitors to dali for a comfortable and wonderful stay. You can also get them to order bus shuttle services for u to other locations like lijiang and shangri la Other info: (bed is comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean, plenty of drinking water, )

Overall, I enjoy my stay here. The water pressure is strong. The location is a lil bit far from the ancient town but still within walkable distance. The owner is very helpful n always smiling.

Nice and clean inn! Very good location near roads for luggage purpose, no elevator but innkeepers are friendly and helpful! Would recommend. They also offer day tours which are significantly cheaper than certain tour agencies! Went for the erhai one and wasn't disappointed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Dali Xianlai Inn. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to all the main attractions. Highly recommend this charming inn to anyone visiting Dali!

Boss and lady boss were super nice. Asked for recommendation for food upon arrival and lady boss offered to help me order using their ** app so that I could enjoy a better deal. During my stay, toilet also got choked in the middle of the night and the boss came to assist immediately. Thumbs up for service!

The hotel is near Dali ancient town, easy to find food. Nearby there is a grocery shop and food shop. At night there are a lot of food stalls. The room is clean. Although there is no lift in the hotel, the owner will help to carry the luggage to your room. I can say the lady owner service is first class, she will try to help you whatever she can. I joined the day trip but I was late, no time to take breakfast, she knows that and prepared some bread and bananas for me, I feel so touched. We rent an e-bike from the nextdoor uncle with only RMB40/ day. Thank you lady boss, will stay again if I come again.

Easy to find, located within Dali Old Town. The hostess was very kind and helpful with booking a wonderful tour to sightsee Dali. Very welcoming and warm place to stay. I highly recommend. Nice and clean amenities at a great price.

Quite a nice hotel, very close to Dali Ancient Town. There's a halal restaurant within walking distance. The owners are very kind, help us carry our luggage and let us store our luggage at the hotel for free after check out. A lot of Malaysians stay at this hotel. The down side is there's no elevator. Not suitable for elderly. Overall, it's a nice stay.

The location is perfect, near the ancient gate and many restuarants. Not far from the main road and the bus stop.

THE BEST BEST BEST INN! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 3 homestays in Yunnan, this one is the best especially for foreigners! even a 3 star hotel in Kunming couldn’t beat the top notch hospitality of this inn. I stayed with my husband for 3 nights, the room is quite big it can open 3 big suitcases and still has decent space for us to move. all in room facilities worked fine. what i truly appreciate the most is the super welcoming and helpful owner! when we arrived, she greeted us warmly then she sent us recommendations on where and how to explore Dali in English. later on, she was helping us to make sure the destination we wanted to go to is open or not AND she initiatively helped us in arranging our 1 day trip! ❤️❤️❤️ I’m so glad i found and stayed here 👍🏻

Best place to stay, Many malaysian stay at here. The owner so kind. They help everything including off carry on our luggage.
