We were satisfied with the hotel. They helped us carry our luggage. We communicated via WeChat. I appreciate the excellent coffee for breakfast.

Location is difficult to load in luggages & need to walk around 10-15mins with stairs case hotelier didn’t pre inform us. I think this can be improved from hotelier

The location is so near to Dali Gu Cheng. The staff helped carry our luggage into the city as cars are prohibited in the Gu Cheng. The room is spacious and clean and room service is available daily. Free breakfast was a big plus point - they are super healthy and delicious!!

Comfortable bed and clean accomodation. Not far from south gate where you can find plenty of halal food. Located at quiet area which good for night sleep

We loved our stay at Ninganju Hotel! Right in the heart of the old town, it's literally a few 2 steps away from the action and 1 minute walk from the Dali Catholic Church. Surprisingly, there was absolutely no disturbing noises, since the hotel is at the end of an alley way. The room was great, amazing kingsize bed and even a bath tub! The breakfast was decent and aplenty, though it's the standard Chinese fare which may not please every foreign palate. Staff were super helpful and they spoke English to the best of their ability, trying to help out, since my Mandarin is limited. If you're a cat lover, they also have a couple of residents around that are super cute, Da Pang really lives up to his name!

It's a new hotel, very clean, bfast is sooo good, good service (need to ask their assistance to help with your luggage cz the area is pedestrian only). The hotel is very homey, they even offered us to drink cha together. Would love to come back again!
