I booked this hotel twice, at first I booked it someone called me and asked me to cancel the booking, I checked with trip.com service they said you can book. When I visited the hotel the women at the desk was rude and asked me why did I booked the hotel. Again when I left they said you will get deposit after a couple of hours and when I left I got a call that the bedsheet have some stains and we will deduct your deposit to which I got angry. They started blackmailing me and said give us good reviews otherwise we will deduct your deposit to which I said please deduct I won’t give you good reviews, finally the issue was resolved but quite a strange experience for the first time in China.

酒店前台態度都很好，可惜酒店太爛，換了三個房間都沒暖氣，有空調根本吹不熱，每個房間床單上都是土，玩會手機屏幕上一層沙子。冬天熱水得調十分鐘才能調出來。樓下裝修，從早上八點開始，鎚子砸完就電鑽，根本休息不了。晚上燈全關了，頂子上閃綠光，跟KTV一樣，這莫名其妙的紅點也不知道是什麼。好好裝修裝修吧。
