I have been staying at Edensee since the early days when this resort was just opened, going with my family when my parents took me there when I was young, and usually come here once a year.
Compared to the last time I went (2018), Edensee has changed a lot in terms of amenities, staff, etc. Everything is still fine in terms of food and drinks, rooms, and activities that can be experienced during my stay here. The TV has not been upgraded yet, so the options for guests to use for entertainment are quite outdated and limited.
However, in my opinion, the quality of the staff has declined a lot; especially in terms of English proficiency and customer service attitude. For example, when picking me up at the gate by tram, the staff just drove to me and waited for me to put my luggage on; or the staff did not communicate well in English when I needed to ask for more information about some services during my stay.
After considering, I feel that with the same amount of money, there will be a few better options if staying in the same Tuyen Lam Lake area at present; but for those who have not tried Edensee, they should still experience it once because I always acknowledge that they truly create a sustainable, nature-friendly resort.
