The hotel staff does not speak English at all. There is never anyone at the reception, you can call, but what's the point if they do not speak English. The room is cold, there are cracks in the windows and under the door there was a crack of almost 5 cm, because of which cold air penetrated from the street. We lived on the 2nd floor, where the exit to the next street and the door to the street were always open, it felt like we were living in the hallway. The audibility is strong because of the same cracks everywhere. Upon arrival, we found someone's nail on the floor. Pros: hot water in the shower with good pressure, washing machine, balcony, kitchen with everything you need, there is even a multicooker, clean bed linen, towels, microwave and refrigerator, wifi in the room. And also walking distance to the central market.
