With that price all good.. but only night time you can hear around your room area.. may be someone talking pound or outside wind blowing noise.. average on food 🥘 but not bad for basic breakfast with that budget.. overall okay

Everyone ! I recommend this hotel in dalat , Staff really really gooddd , kind and nice service , they help me as fast as they can when my room have some problem. Also Some costumer near my room opened speaker so loudly and I called reception. They come to solve it so fast even though that girl not stop to open 😅 but everything it was so good to me , nice location , near cafe and bus terminal. Before I will move to another place I forgot my phone but reception cute girl who wear glasses gave back to me , I can’t remember her name but really thank you ㅜㅜ I love here and I will go too visit there again if I have chance 🫶🏻🙏🏻

We came as a family of 3 and chose the superior triple room, which was spacious and large enough for our luggage. The bed was soft and firm, and we slept well. There was no dust in the room. We tried to wipe the edges of the windows.
The hotel is located near the bus station that we used to travel back and forth, which was very convenient. It was also close to the city center. We could easily rent a motorbike to travel. We returned to the hotel in peace and quiet.
The reception staff provided good service and recommended local restaurants that were very delicious. We had to leave our bags because we chose to travel back by the midnight bus. The staff allowed us to leave our bags and sit and wait for the time.
The breakfast was Vietnamese style. The noodle menu was spicy and delicious. It was eaten hot and suited the city atmosphere.

We had a huge problem with hotel room allocation.
I booked a deluxe double room with city view for 2 nights through Trip.com almost a month before moving in. However, the reception showed me a room with a street view in English, which I couldn't understand, but they gave me a room with a view of an alley where the noise of motorcycles was loud, rather than a room with a clear view of downtown Dalat, which was literally the main purpose of booking this hotel. I immediately complained to the reception that it was not the room I had booked, and they insisted that the street view room was correct. If you want to upgrade to city view, you have to pay an additional fee. So, when I checked and showed the reservation voucher, they now absurdly told me to resolve the matter directly with the reservation agency site, i.e. Trip.com.

A hotel that will make you curse yourself for booking it after seeing the view mentioned in the blog.
I paid extra for a premium single, but they gave me a standard twin and told me it was the same room, which is ridiculous.
