They were terrible about us canceling the reservation. We were not able to get to Georgia because of our flights being canceled and they did not care. Do not recommend.

The staff are very nice and friendly, the place is clean and maintained. The location is great in relevance to the attractions we were visiting. The pool was closed because it is November. My grandchildren & I had a wonderful time & if we get back this way again, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location around 5 minutes from historic Dahlonega and all the shops and eateries. Older hotel but very clean. Very friendly staff. Nice quiet area.

There are bugs in the room (mostly stink bugs), and the sheets, mattress pad have unpleasant stains. Costumer service ok during the day, rude guy at night. On the positive side the view from the room and the proximity to the downtown.

Our room was filthy. It was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned. The room smelled really bad and had not been vacuumed.

Hotel is ok. Staff is friendly.
Pretty typical older hotel. Is in good condition. Not much for breakfast, pretty much coffee and donuts and some juice and milk. Staff was friendly and nice..
