訂了三間，分開的～到的時候天黑了（千萬不要用百度導航🧭一直讓調頭）又下着雨🌧️～無正常停車場🅿️，第一次去又是晚上真是不知所措，前台在哪都找不到～好不容易找到了，另兩間2棟的完全安排在過道口！一間還沒網，電視也看不了～2棟前台説不能帶寵物，看了酒店介紹確實沒有寫這條！第二天聽説還讓補清潔費，什麼有氣味、掉毛～雖然沒補但很無語😓～3棟前台挺熱情，給介紹景區怎麼遊玩，強調注意保暖～酒店確實挨景區，方便，但天黑不建議

服務的2.5分打給餐廳的人 當時詢問了前台説目前可以去點餐 當時大概下午兩點 去到森林餐廳看到燈都亮着 卻沒有服務人員 於是去問廚房的人可以點餐嗎 當時幾個人把我看着 不回話 就算是沒有聽清楚 我站那麼久沒有主動過來詢問是否需要點餐 真的體驗感很差 然後餓着肚子去遊覽了黃連河景區 總之特別生氣 而且餐廳和二棟距離也比較遠 爬上爬下的很不方便 去到酒店房間的路也全是階梯 當時下雨我們提着行李箱真的巨麻煩 房間也排在二樓 也沒有電梯 需要手提行李箱 所以行李帶的多的很不方便這一點 但是房間整體衞生和環境都很不錯的 沒得説
