The clerk looked like she was dreaming again. When she checked in, she showed her the email order, but she had a black question mark on her face. I was criticized for being half-fluent in everything I said. I understand Korean, but I'm not fluent.
The TV is very big, but the toilet is very old and a bit scary.
There is no bed, so you have to sleep on the floor.

Once we got to the room everything was great, but the elderly woman at the front desk very obviously did not want to help us (just checking us in) and repeatedly told us to leave until another guest thankfully intervened. Be sure you have your confirmation info and be persistent.
