근데 창문을 여는 것이 힘들었어요.
그리고 냉장고 문이 부서져 있었어요.

시설이나 위치는 대충 알고가서 큰 기대는 없었지만 입실부터 로비에 직원이 없어어 전화해서 키받았고 중간 중간 그리고 퇴실때도 직원이 안보이네요 객실 와이파이 문제로 로비 데스크전화해도 안받고 자판기 지폐건으로 전화해도 안받아서 호텔 대표전화하니 받네요 직원이 넘 부족한거 같아요 그냥 무인호텔로 바꾸시든지 넘 하네요

고객을 대하는 태도가 매우 불친절 하고 고압적이라 상당히 기분이 나빴습니다! 예약 당시 고객을 대하는 것과 막상 예약 후 태도가 확연히 다른 모습을 보였고 서비스업의 기본을 상실한 듯한 모습에 매우 실망적이었습니다. 바로 나오고싶었지만 당일 취소가 불가해 어쩔 수 없이 1박을 했습니다만. 침구류 또한 빨지않아 깨끗하지 않았고 머리카락이 여기저기 묻어있어 찜찜하고 불쾌했습니다! 아름다운 팔공산의 기대가 있었으나 이번 숙소로 인해 기분이 상해 매우 안 좋은 기억으로 남네요 ㅠ
가을 단풍구경 갈려고 계획하고 있는데 이 호텔은 다시는 가고싶지 않은 곳이네요!

자동차 극장과 주변 계곡을 가려고 숙소를 찾다 예약했습니다.
건물이 신식은 아니지만 깔끔하고, 전반적으로 한산해서 좋았습니다.
아래 식당 레스토랑이 유명하다고 해서 가봤는데, 좋은날 좋은 사람들과 함께하기 좋아보이네요 ㅎㅎ

샤워하다 사워기 헤드가 분리되는 바람에 불편했지만 빠르게 교체 해주셨네요. 시설은 조금 미흡 하지만 친절해서 좋았습니다.

위치는 차없으면 좀 힘들것 같은데 가격대비 괜찮아요. 다만 온돌방인데도 바닥이 깨끗하진 않아서 물티슈로 직접 닦고 이불알았어요 ㅠ직원분들은 친절하시고 서비스나 객실 물품들은 다 잘 갖춰져 있고요. 호텔 내부나 분위기, 시설등도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 팔공산 케이블카 타는곳에서 가까워요!
