"We stayed two nights at Plaza Inn Dachau. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and comfortable, though facing the hotel entrance meant a little noise from people smoking outside. Breakfast was excellent, with a good German-style spread of hot and cold options plus coffee each morning. It’s a fair walk to the train station, so be prepared if you’re heading into Munich — though with a car it worked out fine for us. Overall, a good stay with great value for visiting Munich and the Dachau area."

It's about 20 minutes' drive from the center of Munich. The neighborhood is very quiet and sleeping is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the parking lot is a bit expensive."

"Terrible experience. We would not recommend this property. The main reason we chose this rental was the guaranteed air conditioning during the hottest part of the summer. Unfortunately, that turned out to be false advertising. The air conditioner was broken, and the owner had simply placed a fan next to it. The room was located in the attic, had almost no air circulation, and was unbearably hot.To make matters worse, there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. As soon as we entered the building, we noticed a strong mildew smell coming from the basement, which raised concerns about mold. The property felt eerie, neglected, and completely empty.We immediately contacted the booking agency and requested either a different accommodation or a refund. Although the agent was polite and tried to help, they were unable to resolve the situation. After spending hours messaging and pleading for assistance, we were told that our deposit would not be refunded. The only compensation offered was a 15% discount on a room that was uninhabitable. Exhausted and out of options, we were forced to find another place to stay in the middle of the night. This was a stressful, disappointing, and costly experience. No guest should have to go through this. We strongly advise others to avoid booking this property."

"We met some old friends for lunch here. It was a most pleasant experience on a beautiful day on the outdoor terrace. All 4 of us had a different selection and all 4 of us were happy with our choices. The waiter was also very good. We will go back."
