The room facilities are old and worn out. The parent-child room facilities are not complete, there is no shower gel and shampoo for children, and later I specifically asked for a wash stool, but it was not provided at first. I felt cold when I entered the lobby. I couldn't find the reservation when I checked in. The service attitude was good and they actively contacted and communicated to complete the check-in. It was cold when I entered the room. I asked for an electric heater and a quilt. The waiter said there was one in the cabinet, but there was no quilt cover. The buffet restaurant was still cold.
