一座很古老的建築，可選老房子或者新建築的房間。前台也非常友好，熱心地還幫我尋找到我的祖先祠堂。酒店外面的綠化也很有感覺。

這可能是我的這次旅行最性價比的一家民宿了！管家超級貼心，從頭到尾都很負責任，必須給他一個大大的讚美！住宿風格也是我們想要的，雖然房間是民國時期的，但是衞生環境都很好很乾凈！真的沒後悔住在這裏，會介紹朋友來體驗的

除了二樓房間的衞生間在外面有點不方便以外其他都很好，當然，管家也有提前告知跟我們講了，是我們自己選擇的二樓的房間，一樓是帶衞生間的房，管家幫我們搬上搬下的拿行李箱很貼心！謝謝啦，祝一切都好

住在百年歷史的民國建築內，從外觀及規模看，當時應該是豪宅。有假山花園，小橋流水。沒想到在古建築內部不破壞原有風格前提下裝修的清新淡雅，乾淨整潔。

聚奎樓民宿提供的服務非常貼心周到，工作人員阿坤熱情友好，為我這次尋根之旅提供了重要的幫助。民宿位於百侯古鎮的核心區域，四周環繞着保存完好的明清古建築，如肇慶堂、海源樓等
聚奎樓的環境非常好，特別是其民國時期的氛圍與現代感相結合，給人印象深刻，可以享受到舒適的住宿環境，同時還能深入體驗到客家文化和生活方式
