The Ocean Villas is nestled in a prestigious, tranquil neighborhood with quiet surroundings. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and inviting, while the pool is pristine and well-maintained. The hotel’s private beach area was a highlight, offering a delightful escape we thoroughly enjoyed. Internet connectivity is reliable throughout most of the property, though it would be wonderful if the beach had stronger Wi-Fi for streaming music while relaxing by the shore.
The facilities are satisfactory, though not exceptionally remarkable, so we didn't try the spa. Room service was average, but the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were outstanding, with a diverse and delicious array of options. The staff were consistently courteous and prompt in assisting with our needs. We highly recommend The Ocean Villas to couples or large groups seeking a serene and enjoyable getaway.

I used Apartment B.
It was nice because it was close to the pool and it was nice to spend time quietly with the kids.
The breakfast was delicious,
and my child lost his pad after eating breakfast, but the staff helped me find it.
It was a little far from downtown, so the taxi fare was a little higher than I thought, but
it was a great place to stay.

The villa was great. Very big and spacious and with a small swimming pool in our garden. The house materials are not new and needing some maintenance but in the end and after requesting to change a couple of things, the staff did it for us.
The location it’s absolutely amazing. A few steps from the beautiful beach and near from the restaurant, swimming pool and reception.
Although we had later on a big delay in our flight and a bad experience with the airport staff, we will come back to this resort.

A total of 11 people stayed in a villa on the beach for 3 nights and 4 days as part of a workshop schedule.
Pros: You can enjoy the sunrise.
You can comfortably enjoy the small pool in the villa.
Cons: The rooms and furniture are old.
Additional room service costs such as bottled water are comparable to those of other 5-star hotels.
Encountering numerous ant colonies in various parts of the room.
Occasionally encountering cockroaches.
Fighting with mosquitoes at night.
Although we paid a sufficient room rate considering the cost of living in Vietnam, the service was poor, and they were more concerned about selling other additional products such as tours and Grab.
Note: Check-out extension until 6 PM is 50% of the room rate.
You must pay 100% of the room rate until midnight.
Considering that there are many night flights in the area, it would be good to take note if you are thinking of using it.
Overall: I would absolutely not recommend this to the 11 people who stayed here, or to their acquaintances. I recommend other chain accommodations with similar price ranges.
You can enjoy your trip with better service and price at luxury beach hotels in other countries such as Korea, so it would be good to refer to it.
Among the many overseas accommodations I've experienced, this is the worst for the price.
