The water tank was dirty and the cleaning was very humid, so I thought it needed to be repaired because it had been lacking for a long time.

Very nice hotel, good views, you are at like 300m from the principal road. Very nice pool with good views. Is far away from the beach but is perfect for relax.

Rooms are old and outdated, some are directly in the middle of the hotel with no windows and very small. location is far from anything unless you have transportation. if it is the last place available go ahead but there are so many better places to stay. It could always be worse, but here in Da Nang there are hundreds so much better.

I checked in late for one night. I dont have a good review to share. I still managed to sleep. The images shown are amazing but the hotel is a lot older than you would expect from the images. My first room door lock was broken had noodles on another door and smelt like smoke. The entry foyer area isnt airconditioned which is odd. The hall ways are very old carpet. The room air conditioning has only one mode which is loud. No one tells you when the included breakfast ends. Its 9.30am when it finishes which to me is odd.

Our friend’s room was spacious. Has a connecting door to the next room but was locked ofc. It was def weird taste in decors, but that was it.

Very clean abd a good location

Overall a nice hotel. Location not as good as those near beach or town area. Has lesser choice nearby for food. Grabfood to order food delivered to you or grabcar to other place to eat. There is a mall nearby around 15 mins walk, which have some restaurants serving Japanese, Korean, ********* and other foods. Also have a cinema and supermarket in the mall. Night time can stroll along the river side with many ad-hoc stalls serving drinks and snacks. 2 pubs near the hotel. Pool is ok, but no shelter and smallish. View of the river from the rooftop pool is very nice.

The hotel is good, staff is good, pool and location are good (I own a motorbike). The only bad/disappointing thing about this hotel is the gym. It's not a gym, just 3 (2 cardio, 1 bench press) attributes are placed in a small room so they can tick off the "gym" part on booking sites. For me it was a bummer because I specially selected this place because of the gym. If you want a place with a decent gym, I stayed at luxtery which was very good.

It was a short stay but was nice.

The hotel is far from the center. The facilities are not really good (gym with 3 machines and water on the floor) & swimming pool not clean Bedroom not so bad
