Olalani Resort & Condotel Reviews

I recently stayed at the Olalani Hotel and had a ok experience overall. The location is good, and the amenities are ok. However, there are a few areas for improvement that would elevate the experience even further. Firstly, the in-room slippers provided were not new, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great to see fresh, unused slippers for guests. Additionally, I believe that providing pots and pans for cooking, along with proper cooking utensils, cutlery, and plates, would enhance the self-catering experience for condo hotel experience. I also noticed that the in-room menu was not readily available, which could be improved for convenience. A rice cooker in the room would be an excellent addition for guests who prefer to prepare their meals. Bathtub master bedroom must have a privacy, not see through glass. Ceiling maintenance access is open The tiki bar, while a lovely concept, felt empty and could benefit from a more vibrant atmosphere. Kids pool is dirty. Souvenir shop, way over priced. Furthermore, I would suggest rotating the buffet items more frequently to keep the offerings fresh and exciting. On a minor note, I found that the staff at the egg station were not as friendly as I had hoped, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend Olalani Hotel for its beautiful setting. With a few adjustments, it could easily become a five-star destination!

We arrived at night time and the place looked like a ghost town. You’d think for a tourist destination and a resort with a few hundred rooms that there would be people there, but it felt like we were the only guests. Breakfast time also felt the same, where a room that could seat 500+ had 10 people in it. I give it to them though, they put on a hell of a breakfast. The housekeeping team, whilst friendly, speak no English and in the 7 nights we were there, cleaned the bathroom once and never looked in the shower. Our soaps were all empty and they left no toilet paper multiple times. For a “5” star facility, it definitely didn’t feel like one. We were ready to leave after the first night and find accomodation elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend, unless you are after a large bed to sleep in, a decent breakfast and then head out for the whole day. The resort could be one of the premier resorts in DaNang if they took some pride and maintenance around the place. I’m sure there will be a reason, but for the east wing too also be abandoned/run down and not in use made the place feel like an apocalypse had hit it.

No! Just no! Room was filthy with mould in the bathroom and the slippers they provide are reused beach flip flops. ( incredibly unhygienic!) The toilets in the lobby were filthy. I have no clue how this place is 5 star. They don’t provide a safe in the room or robes and only have one staff member on duty at night.

It's the best resort for the price. Breakfast seems to change a little every day. I personally liked the breakfast. At 3pm, the children's pool is shaded by the building, so it's fun for kids to play. The adult pool is a bit hard to play in because there's no shade. And I can't say the water quality is good. Unfortunately, my wife got her toe slightly cut on a broken tile in the pool, but it wasn't too bad. The pool is old. The room condition was good for a resort. The hot water came out well, and the air conditioner worked even without a key room, so it was nice to open the door and feel the cool air in the room. The best part is that since it's a resort, the pool and Mickey Beach are connected, which is very, very good. This covers all the shortcomings. The staff is also kind and smiles. I left my card wallet after checking out, so when I left a message on Trip.com, they replied in about 30 minutes. Thanks to that, I found my wallet. I was in a large room. There is a laundry room next to the entrance door, and the Korean sign says The sign says no washing, but dehydration is okay. For your information, laundry is priced per set. If you want to do laundry by kilogram, I searched Google Maps and found Bubble Laundry. If you send a message via KakaoTalk, they will kindly tell you in English. If you send it with 200,000 won enclosed in your laundry, they will deduct the laundry fee and put it back in. You can leave it at the front desk and pick it up at the front desk the next morning. I weighed about 10 kilograms, and it was around 50,000 won. The kids also said this was the best. I'm leaving with good memories.

The hotel itself is located in a quiet place on the seashore, large territory. Breakfasts are super, the choice of dishes is huge. But the hotel itself is tired (((in my room 456 the ventilation did not work. If you open the balcony then you get a greenhouse effect in the room, the whole room is air-conditioned, the floor is tiled, you can fall, I don’t know how in other rooms the ventilation worked or there was the same effect.

The location, customer service, and food were all good. The hotel seemed a little old, but the room was large and clean, so it was good. I plan to stay there again next week. ^^

I was very satisfied with the spacious room and spacious hotel room. I liked that I could eat a variety of breakfasts. I was even more satisfied because I could leisurely play in the pool like a private pool. I want to go again ~~~

I liked the pool. It was big and wide, and there were sunbeds and bathrooms here and there. Breakfast was delicious and varied, which was good for Koreans' tastes. The room was spacious, and there was a bathtub in the bathroom, so it was okay for the kids to wash up. They also met my requests right away. The bedding and facilities were a bit old, and it was a bit far from the restaurants in front of Mikevichi and the busy area, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it was good.
