Not too suitable for families nor couple. Amenities provided in the room is for single person staying only. Check in and check out time is not friendly. On the positive side, free flow of drinking water

Positives:
I had stayed for three nights and I had come back to the hotel at different timings and on foot and in a vehicle. Bravo to the security who are always on alert and there a couple of them.
The hotel offers very attractive prices.
The service staff is excellent on the couple of times I had made enquires.
Housekeeping is excellent. Even my clothes are nearly folded and tucked away. Do remember to tip them.
Space is big. The luggage support is very useful.

In 1 night 4 times hit by the iron of the incandescent bulb chandelier, how many times back and forth in and out there was no service or explanation from security there was once that was when they were squinting first then approached wanting to enter the highway there was no security supervision wanting to enter but sometimes there was sometimes not, it is recommended for those who are new to driving a car to take a taxi rather than bring a car here the access in and out is very extreme especially the traffic conditions and ***a driving Medan people because the location of the access in and out of this hotel is right on the tekongan during my time in and out how many times it has been 3 times almost crashed 1 time almost saw my car
