The hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is the same as every other hotel complimentary breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful.Will stay here again….

The bathroom shower had hair in it, there is mold and mildew on the walls, the bedding was dirty and completely disgusting. The chairs has stains on them, the hallway looks like it has not been vacuumed in a very long time and it had the worst odor. When I contacted the staff about this, they said they will look into it...very rude about it

No protein for breakfast. No sausage, no eggs, no cream cheese, no peanut butter, no yogurt. Waffles, white bread, wheat bread and cereal were only options.

I had room 315. I reported to the front desk that one of the bed side lights was out. I first tried to call but the front desk never answered the phone. I tried multiple times and never answered the phone. I needed more towels and tried to call and never answered the phone. The bed side light was never fixed. The front desk said that maintenance shows up at 8pm. Maintenance never showed up to fix the bed side light. The breakfast area was busy and most of the dining options were empty

We are frequent guests at this hotel making 3-4 visits yearly. We are pleased to share our experience with the Days Inn and Suites in NW cypress Houston, Tx. compair to previous stay we seen huge change with new Management and owner. Warm, welcoming & very comfortable hotel. Rooms are big & clean and beds are great. Your breakfast bar is open now a bonus with ample option & all the fixings. Your staff treats us like friends - they are kind, helpful and professional. PLEASE thank them for us. See you next time.

ask for towels they were being washed, never brought towels. ask for the batteries to be changed because the smoke detectors kept peeping, no one came to change. We ended checking out a day earlier because of the service
