We are frequent guests at this hotel making 3-4 visits yearly. We are pleased to share our experience with the Days Inn and Suites in NW cypress Houston, Tx. compair to previous stay we seen huge change with new Management and owner. Warm, welcoming & very comfortable hotel. Rooms are big & clean and beds are great. Your breakfast bar is open now a bonus with ample option & all the fixings. Your staff treats us like friends - they are kind, helpful and professional. PLEASE thank them for us. See you next time.

TV didn't work but was fixed.No microwave in the room and it was supposed to have one.Disk clerk said pool was closed but it wasn't.
