Courtyard Houston Northwest/Cypress

This hotel did not meet our standards. In an internet search, it indicated it was the best in Cypress, TX, but I don't think that was true. It was however, the hotel that the bride and groom had a group rate for. The rate was decent, but the room was not. We met family members at the wedding who were also disappointed and had similar experiences. It was dated. The room and the bathroom didn't appear super clean. The phone receiver was pretty nasty. We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but we left after our sleepless 2nd night. I was up until 5am, as the pillows were super flat and the sound of the A/C unit was far from quiet. The room was small, so the cold air filled it fast and we couldn't seem to get the temperature regulated. It was very humid outside and was a bit humid in the room as well. The one compliment I can give is that ALL of the guest services members we talked to were really nice and helpful. They helped print a document for my husband that he made a change to. I forgot her name, but the young lady with long black ponytail at the desk was super sweet, helpful, engaged in conversation and showed genuine concern for us when we told her we were leaving early. They've got the right staff, but they hotel needs some TLC.

Nikolas was amazing! Very kind and helpful and quick service! 10/10! My drink tastes amazing! I am so happy we are staying here!

Brian Jackson is awesome! He brought me a coffee and that was super sweet! The overall service at this hotel is great! The gentleman who made my coffee was also very kind and made a suggestion that was good as well.

Nicholas was the best bartender we could ever have he took us above and beyond and made sure that we had a great experience with our family and made great drinks and offer the best food in town. We will definitely be back to see Nicholas.

Bridget at the front counter greeted us with a Huge Smile, laughs, and excitement. She made checking in - fast, simple, and easy. Super helpful, Thank you Bridget for setting the tone to our experience.
