environment great and the pool huge and comfortable. breakfast meh, all food was cold and the pastries are hard. But all that is forgivable.. The thing that is unacceptable is the room itself. It was super dirty. There was leftover crumbs on the carpet and sink. water is rusty. and the worst part is theres a rat inside the room that come out at night and play with our things. it should be a relaxing trip but instead turn into an anxious night hope the rat not climb onto the bed

Overall good experience, very comfortable, just that the speed of hot water flowing into the bath tub is quite slow. And also the breakfast selection is lesser than expected. Other than that, all is good.

There is some leakage from the basin in the washroom.The light is faulty and unchanged.Lots of insects infesting rooms and various vicinities around with coakcroaches,spiders and ants.Insect repellent / insecticide spray placed within the wardrobe by staff.The towels provided are pretty worned out with holes within it.All the hand dryer's at the shared washrooms doesn't seem to be functional at all.The stairs to the chalet like rooms are rather narrow and steep.Have to be extra cautious navigating the steps especially when carrying items up and down it.
